New Building, Same passion, More impact!
For the past nine years, we have seen exponential growth in our program. We have outgrown our rented space at a local church building and will soon be moving to our own new space - the ABC Youth Training Center. What was once a dream is now becoming a reality. No longer will we have to turn students away because of limited space.
The old FOP hall will be transformed into the official ABC Youth Training Center, where we will focus on equipping and educating even more youth and their families while serving as a central hub for community engagement.
Future Programs and Equipment at the Youth Training Center
We help companies develop powerful corporate social responsibility, grantmaking, and employee engagement strategies.
The Youth Training Center will provide the following:
- Curriculum based prep skilled-trades
- Pre and Post Assessment of skills learned
- Skills-trade certificate
- After school training work station
- Classroom Literacy and Math
- Life Skills / Character Development (honesty, compassion, respect, and forgiveness)
The Youth Training Center will come equipped with:
- Full-Size Commercial Kitchen
- Labs for Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical
- Classroom Space
- Recreation Center (Basketball Court, Indoor Track, etc.)
- Playscape
- Community Garden
